| Insurance We will gladly file claims for all insurance companies to assist you in receiving your maximum benefits. The patient is, however, responsible for the cost of the treatment. Payment for service is requested at the time of treatment. If you direct your insurance company to pay its share of the fee directly to our office, you need only pay the deductible or co-payment portion at the time of treatment. We are very experienced in working with many other insurance companies not on this list and we will be happy to help you maximize any dental benefits provided by you or your employer.
